Uphold the theme of "The new era of Teppanyaki" we opened in 2013 at Azabujyuban to transmit the innovative Teppanyaki to the world in the spirit of the term 守破離(Shuhari) meaning of three stages of learning mastery: the fundamentals, breaking with tradition and parting with traditional wisdom.

Ishigaki island kitauchi ranch
premium beef(WAGYU)

The premium beef was raised in Ishigaki island which has a great nature with feed such as the clean air, clean water and lots of minerals.

Fattening the cow for 43 months, it increases the umami ingredients and will lower the melting point. A cow which carries the Tajima beef has a fine meat quality and rich taste will continue. Please enjoy the very rare premium beef which is only shipped six yokes of oxen in a month.

Specialty "Ultimate crispy grilled"

The steak which is slowly cooked and finished by the high temperature charcoal will seal in the juices.

It is a special steak that has a unique texture and a grilled flavor where you can enjoy the "UMAMI" a lot.
